Ilya Korsunsky, PhD
I am principal investigator of the Korsunsky lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. I completed my PhD with Dr. Bud Mishra at NYU’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. I started my postdoctoral training in rheumatology with Dr. Peter Gregersen at the Feinstein Institute and continued it in single-cell computational biology with Dr. Soumya Raychaudhuri at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I love to contribute my mathematical modeling experience to world class teams of disease experts to decipher inflammatory disease. I am looking for computationally-minded and adventure-oriented trainees to dig into and develop novel methods to analyze single-cell, spatial, and temporal genomics datasets.
