Open positions

Computational Postdoctoral Fellow, Spatial Genomics Analysis

Projects focus on the analysis of spatial genomics data generated with novel platforms including Nanostring CosMx, 10X Visium, BGI Stereo-Seq, Vizgen MERSCOPE. You will work with collaborators to dissect the anatomical architecture of tissue inflammation by analyzing patient-derived tissue samples across tissues and diseases.

You love thinking about, exploring, and visualizing complex datasets.

Computational Postdoctoral Fellow, Spatial Genomics Methods

Projects focus on multiple levels of spatial genomics analysis tools, spanning GIS data structures, cell segmentation, spatial clustering, visualization, and phenotype association.

You love exploring computational methods and understanding how they all fit together.

Computational Postdoctoral Fellow, Integrative Genomics Methods

Projects focus on building accurate and scalable algorithms to integrate single-cell and spatial genomics data.

You have a working knowledge of graph algorithms and linear models and are comfortable going between abstract mathematical notation and robust and efficient software.

Computational Postdoctoral Fellow, Your Choice

You have a super cool project in mind and want a supportive and vibrant environment in which to pursue it!
